Teens, join guest presenter Caroline Morrison for a conversation about taking a gap year and enjoy dinner on us!
"Deciding to take a gap year was hands down the best decision I've evermade. After high school, I spent a year traveling around New Zealand, workingas a waitress at a beachside restaurant, learning to surf, and chasing the mostamazing adventures in the most beautiful locations. Along the way, I met peoplefrom all over the world - friends I’m still close with eight years later. It's an experience that changed the way I see myself and the world andcontinues to open so many doors for me.
I’ll be sharing how I actually planned my gap year and what it was liketo head back to college afterward with a totally new perspective. Even if youonly have the slightest curiosity about traveling or exploring non-traditionalpaths, this is a great conversation to join. I’m going to share the honestinsights, practical tips, and stories I really wish I had access to back inhigh school. Whether you want to travel, work, or just hit the pause button tofigure things out, come hang out for a fun, real look at how taking a year foryourself can be the best way to find your own path forward." -Caroline Morrison
