Program Description

Event Details

Kokedama is a style of Japanese bonsai in which a small, ornamental plant is placed in a soil ball and then wrapped in moss and twine. Also referred to as "string gardens," they can be suspended with fishing line to create unique plant displays, or they can be placed on a decorative surface.

This hands-on workshop for adults 18+ will provide all the materials to create your own kokedama arrangement to take home! Plants provided by Alpine Gardens in Silverthorne.

Space is limited, please register in advance.
