We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation. We will be meeting in the Loveland Room.
