During appointments, we do our best to provide assistance in troubleshooting software, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, helping with browser setup, connecting to email, downloading apps, using library apps and services, accessing library databases, and digital file organization and management.  

Please be aware: There are some instances where we cannot help someone with their device. We cannot assist with:

• Fixing/Restoring/Repairing a broken or infected device, app, or email account
• Entering sensitive information for you (e.g. credit card information, social security number, online banking, etc.)
• Keyboarding, typing, or proofreading documents
• Providing medical, legal, and business advice or opinions

Join the North Branch Library Silent Book Club, it's as simple as bringing or checking out a book, enjoying the company of reading with other book lovers, having a warm drink from the hot tea bar, and leaving with recommendations.
