The Saturday Writers' Group is a welcoming workshop for Summit County writers. This group is for the published and the amateur, the good and the bad.  This group meets monthly: Saturdays during even months and Tuesdays during odd months.

Caregivers, drop in with your preschool-aged children or younger for a playdate at South Branch Library! Show off your favorite mug, meet fellow families, build community, and enjoy coffee while your children make new friends. We will meet in the Hopefull/Discovery Room. Coffee, Music, Toys and Fun play space will be provided. This is a library facilitated activity, but is not library supervised. Please come prepared to keep an eye on your little ones!

Enjoy self-directed arts and crafts projects including paper quilling, sewing, needle felting, macrame, painting and ceramics in our cozy maker space! All supplies provided. Library staff is available for questions. Space is limited.

Event Details:

Kids ages 8-12 will learn watercolor techniques. We'll paint cherry blossoms in celebration of spring (even though there's still snow on the ground). All materials provided.
