Are you starting or looking to restart your self-care practice? Are you recovering from an injury? Are you looking for a fun and safe environment to explore movement? Join Ro Mayberry for YESYoga: A Blended Movement Class utilizing Rolf Movement® and Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat.

We are excited to invite families to our early literacy storytimes. Stories, songs and action rhymes at family storytimes are appropriate for ages 6 and under.

Experienced meditators sit for two 25 minute silent unguided sessions, with optional sharing of experience after each session.  “In Silence” cards provided for those choosing to remain silent for the evening.
