NEW and FREE Belly Dance class! Join Heidi Overton for a fun and empowering belly dance class. Heidi has been belly dancing since 2007 and teaching for over 10 years. Her background and training have been in Egyptian and Middle Eastern Belly Dance. She has over 23 years' experience as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, reiki master, and group fitness instructor. When Heidi is not shimmying, she is the new owner and clinic director at Allied Chiropractic in Breckenridge. Dance, laugh, and build a supportive community! Dress comfortably in workout or yoga clothes. Heidi will bring coin hip scarves for use during class, but feel free to bring your own if you have one! Beginner friendly, but all levels welcome.
