Wintery weather can dry our skin out, leaving us needing a little extra moisturization. Natural sugar scrubs and salt soaks are the perfect remedy for these concerns, helping to increase skin hydration via exfoliation and absorption.

Silent Group Meditation

Experienced meditators sit for unguided silent sessions of increasing lengths, with optional sharing of experience after each session.  “In Silence” cards provided for those choosing to remain silent for the evening.  Please enter through the Understory door, down the stairs on the southeast corner of the building, as library doors will lock at 6pm.
