Please join student-practitioner, Marjorie Biggs for FREE Feldenkrais Method A.T.M. group classes. Feldenkrais is a gentle form of somatic education where participants learn to organize movement internally for greater comfort, ease, and mobility. Participants can expect to be verbally guided through gentle and slow movements on or low to the ground.
