South Branch Library to Undergo Carpet Replacement Project starting Dec. 16 ; Limited Services Available

Starting December 16, the South Branch will be operating with limited services for approximately one month we undergo a comprehensive carpet replacement project. Call 970-453-3544 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for more information.

Services Available:

  • Holds pickup available Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm during most of the project period; Patrons can continue to place holds at through the online catalog at summit.marmot.org/
  • Online digital resources remain fully accessible so you can enjoy digital books, audiobooks, streaming services, and databases from the comfort of home
  • Limited special programming and events available December 16-24. Check the library’s events calendar for the most up-to-date information: summitco.librarycalendar.com/events/week
  • Outdoor book drop
  • Telephone/Email assistance from South Branch staff

Event Details

November is the time to start thinking about Thanksgiving and earthier flavors. We decided to open up this month’s spice club to an herb: sage! Find out what seasonal recipes you can make with this versatile herb.

Each kit will include a sample of the spice, background and/or history of the spice, as well as a few accessible recipes so you can learn something new and create something delicious! 

November’s spice kits will be available for pickup from November 12th-15th. Register online to reserve your spice kit today!
