The North Branch Library Youth Advisory Council (YAC) will meet on the first Thursday of each month during the school year.
Youth advisory is so important to get teenagers and tweens voices in the library to improve programs, collections, and have fun with other youth. The goal of each meeting is to balance fun and planning, in a community oriented setting.

A parental waiver is required as all members of YAC are considered library volunteers. Hours attending YAC meetings do count towards any required volunteer hours a member may have.

Staff will make every effort to notify members of the public when photography, videography, and recording is taking place, and signs will be posted prominently. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect the wishes of patrons who do not want to be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
