BookBends - A Mindfulness and Movement Book Club

For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join! Bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
November and December will be held at the Community and Senior Center in Frisco.

The Library Board meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month on Zoom.The BOT makes recommendations on policy and budget to the local governmental entity and acts as liaison between the library, local government, and the community. Meetings are open to the public. Please email Board President Erin if you would like to join or share comments or concerns.
Due to Thanksgiving Holiday, the Board will meet on Thursday, November 19th.
