Program Description
Event Details
For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:15pm. June, July, August and September will be on the lawn outside of the Main Library in Frisco. If weather is bad we will move inside the building to the Mount Royal Room.

We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided meditations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
