Certified Sound Practitioner Alison Duncan from Spirit Alchemy Studio will lead free sound healing sessions.  These sessions use the healing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  Free.
