Program Description

Event Details

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that combines the power of sound and meditation. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, this session helps calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote inner peace. Guided meditation and intentional sound frequencies release tension and enhance relaxation.

No experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you.

Please bring a Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blanket, or anything else you’d like to be comfy with. You will be lying down the whole time.
