Library Branch: Off-Site Programs Age Group: Adults Program Type: Book Club, Health & Wellness Required Seats Remaining: 16 Event Details: For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Community and Senior Center (0037 Nancy's Place, Frisco, CO ). We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation. Our December 17th meeting will feature a special Sound Bath by EJ Brumfield from Sun and Soul Retreats!
