For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join! Bring your own mat and an open mind!
