For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join! Bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation. 

February-May and October-December will be held at the Community and Senior Center in Frisco.
