For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Community and Senior Center (0037 Nancy's Place, Frisco, CO ). We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork.
