For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:15pm. October, November and December will be at the Community and Senior Center in Frisco. January will be in the Mount Royal Room at the Main Library in Frisco.

We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided meditations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
