Event Details:
For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Community and Senior Center (0037 Nancy's Place, Frisco, CO ). We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free Level 1 60-minute yoga class. The class will include movement as well as simple guided mediations and breathwork. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
We will be meeting in the Loveland Room.

For our 2nd travel presentation of the 2025 series, we will travel to the Alps! In August 2023, Ed and Karen Bassett completed the Haute Route, a 120 mile hiking route through Chamonix, Verbier, Zermatt and lots of little villages in between.
