Special Sound Bath!
For ages 18+ on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:15pm.. January will be in the Mount Royal Room at the Main Library in Frisco for a Sound Bath! Bring anything you want to be comfy - blankets, pillows, etc.

We will begin with a group discussion about the book, followed by a free 60 minute sound bath. The class will include some simple guided meditations and breath awareness. All levels are welcome to join, just bring your own mat and an open mind! There will be a waiver to sign at the event for participation.
